Using Our Website

By accessing our site, you agree to these terms. Content is for general information only—we may update it without notice. Do not copy or reuse our branding, text or images without permission.

Services & Contracts

  • We arrange bespoke travel, events, dining, wellness and exclusive experiences; we act as your agent, not the direct operator of venues or facilities.

  • A binding contract forms when we confirm your booking in writing. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise and are valid for 7 days.

You must provide accurate details and meet any visa/entry requirements for your booking.

Payments & Cancellations

  • Deposits and final payment dates are agreed at booking; payments are processed via secure providers.

  • You have a 14-day statutory right to cancel from the day after the contract is formed, unless you have requested services to start within this period.

  • Cancellations made after work has begun will incur costs for work completed plus non-refundable third-party fees.

Liability

  • We deliver services with reasonable care and skill as required by law.

  • We are not liable for delays, cancellations or issues caused by events outside our control, or third-party suppliers.

  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service. Nothing limits your statutory consumer rights.

Disputes & Law

  • Governed by law of England and Wales.

  • We will try to resolve complaints within 7 working days. You may use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) or the UK ODR platform if needed.
