Your Rights

If we fail to provide services as described, with reasonable care, or fit for purpose: you are entitled to repair, replacement, or full/partial refund.

You have a 14-day right to cancel from contract formation. If services start within this period at your request, you pay only for work completed when you cancel.
Our Rules

Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of approval.

Costs already paid to third parties (venue deposits, fares, fees) are non-refundable once confirmed.

Bespoke arrangements may have different terms agreed at booking.
